Bridge

This bridge was designed to look similar to many of the bridges found locally on the (disused) standard gauge Formatine and Buchan line, built by the Great North of Scotland Railway. Currently a long distance footpath, there is some hope that this line connecting Fraserburgh and Peterhead to Aberdeen (and the rest of the railway network) may be reopened in the future. Many of the bridges survive, so it was easy for us to observe and photograph nearby examples.
